To provide an acoustic diffusion panel capable of sufficiently diffusing sound of a wide frequency band and of improving an indoor acoustic characteristic.SOLUTION: An acoustic diffusion panel 1 which is arranged on an indoor wall surface and diffuses sound which is generated in a room and arrives at a wall surface side comprises: a diffusion panel body 7 which extends in a vertical direction along the wall surface by prescribed length, in which a front face is formed in an arc face shape protruding inward in the room, which has prescribed relation between a width W in a longitudinal direction and depth D in a cross direction in a cross section and in which the width W continuously changes for the whole vertical direction; and installation means 8 for installing the diffusion panel body 7 in a prescribed position of the wall surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
