DEW CONDENSATION DRIPPING SUPPRESSION COATING
To achieve a dew condensation dropping suppression coating capable of simply conducting construction for suppressing dripping of dew condensation generated at a ceiling or the like.SOLUTION: In a dew condensation dropping suppression coating in which at least a fluorine-based water repellent is mixed in an organic solvent, percentage of the fluorine-based water repellent in the dew condensation dropping suppression coating is 4 wt.% to 6 wt.%, a particle diameter of a water ball of a dew condensation generated on a coated film becomes relatively small when a contact angle with water of the coated film formed by applying the dew condensation dropping suppression coating on a material surface at a prescribed amount is 90° to 109°, and the water ball is easy to stay at a location where the water ball is generated, and hardly dropping as a drop. When an applied amount of the dew condensation dropping suppression coating applied on a construction face is 120 g/mto 140 g/m, construction for suppressing the dripping of dew condensation generated at a ceiling can be easily conducted because for example an operator can apply the dew condensation dropping suppression coating by a roller to form a prescribed coated film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天井などに生じた結露が滴下するのを抑制するための施工を簡便に行うことができる結露滴下抑制塗料を実現する。【解決手段】有機溶剤中に少なくともフッ素系撥水剤が混合されている結露滴下抑制塗料において、結露滴下抑制塗料に占めるフッ素系撥水剤の割合は、4重量%以上6重量%以下であり、この結露滴下抑制塗料が材料表面に所定量塗布されて形成された塗膜の水との接触角が90°以上109°以下であれば、その塗膜に生じた結露の水玉の粒径が比較的小さくなり、その水玉は結露として生じた箇所に留まり易く、水滴となって落下し難くなる。そして、施工面に塗布する結露滴下抑制塗料の塗布量が120g/m2以上140g/m2以下であれば、例えば、結露滴下抑制塗料を作業者がローラー塗装して所定の塗膜を形成することができるので、天井などに生じた結露が滴下するのを抑制するための施工を簡便に行うことができる。【選択図】図1
