CONNECTING DEVICE FOR EXTERIOR LOUVER
To provide a connecting device which can easily connect end parts of a louver for exterior, does not require machining on the side of the louver, and has high strength and excellent durability without obstructing the appearance of the connecting part.SOLUTION: Louvers 1A,1B in which a deep wide groove part 11 opened rearward is continuously provided on the rear surface side of a hollow part 10 are connected by a connection material 2 having a short cylindrical body 21 and a seat plate 22. The short cylindrical body 21 of the connection material 2 and the seat plate 22 through which a pair of bolts 24 are inserted from the front side are connected to each other by a stopper screw 23 at a small interval d; the short cylindrical body 21 and the seat plate 22 are pressed and fitted into the hollow part 10 and the deep wide groove part 11 of one louver 1A to be connected to each other; the short cylindrical body 21 and the seat plate 22 of a connecting member 2 projecting from an end part of the louver 1A are pressed and fitted into the hollow part 10 and the deep wide groove part 11 of the other louver 1B; both louvers 1A, 1B are connected and fixed by screwing and fastening nuts 25 to both bolts 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】外装用ルーバーの端部同士を容易に連結でき、ルーバー側の加工を要さず、連結部分が外観を阻害せずに高強度で耐久性に優れたものになる連結装置を提供する。【解決手段】中空部10の後面側に後方へ開く奥広溝部11が連設されたルーバー1A,1Bを、短筒体21及び座板22を備えた連結材2にて連結する。連結材2の短筒体21と、各々表側から一対のボルト24を挿通させた座板22とを小間隔dを余してストッパービス23で繋ぎ止め、連結すべき一方のルーバー1Aの中空部10及び奥広溝部11に短筒体21及び座板22を各々挿嵌し、ルーバー1Aの端部から突出した連結材2の短筒体21及び座板22を他方のルーバー1Bの中空部10及び奥広溝部11に挿嵌し、両ボルト24にナット25を螺合緊締することで、両ルーバー1A,1Bを連結固定する。【選択図】図5
