To provide a goods managing device which makes it possible to manage goods stored in storage units strictly without a cost increase.SOLUTION: A goods managing device 1 has an IC tag reader 12 that can read data recorded in IC tags 50 attached to goods stored in a plurality of storage units 10. A memory unit 70 stores, regarding goods stored in the plurality of storage units 10, a goods managing table 71 in which information in the IC tags 50 attached to the goods is registered in association with the storage units. A control unit 60 reads data recorded in the IC tags 50 attached to goods stored in the storage units 10 with the IC tag reader 12 and collates the result of reading with the goods managing table 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
