PILE PRESS-IN MACHINE AND PILE PRESS-IN METHOD
To provide a pile press-in machine and a pile press-in method that can easily supply high pressure water to not only the front and rear positions of a pile but also the left and right side positions.SOLUTION: A pile press-in machine 1 includes a chuck 10 that grasps a pile A, a lifting/lowering body 5 that lifts and lowers the chuck 10, and a press-in machine body 4 that operates the lifting/lowering body 5 up and down. A water jet hose winding device 15 is attached to the press-in machine body 4. Another water jet hose winding device 16 is attachable in at least the left and right side positions of the lifting/lowering body 5 while the sending direction of a hose 26 points to the chuck 10. This makes it possible to easily supply high pressure water to not only the front and rear positions of the pile A but also the left and right side positions. By supplying high pressure water to the front, rear, left side, and right side positions of the pile A as necessary, press-in resistance is reduced effectively and the pile A can be pressed into the ground efficiently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
