SAFETY DEVICE FOR SLEWING TYPE WORKING MACHINE
To provide a safety device capable of performing appropriate safety control of a slewing type working machine without significantly reducing working efficiency.SOLUTION: The safety device comprises: an obstacle detector; a slewing angle detector; an obstacle position calculation part calculating an obstacle's position with respect to a slewing upper structure; a travel determination area setting part setting a travel stop determination area AT1 around a working machine; a travel operation restriction determination part determining whether or not the obstacle's position is a position in the travel stop determination area; and an instruction output part outputting a travel operation stop instruction on the basis of a result of the determination. The travel stop determination area AT1 includes a travel direction area and a width direction area. The minimum sizes LL1, LR1 in the width direction, of the width direction area are shorter than the minimum sizes LF1, LB1 in the travel direction, of the travel direction area. The travel determination area setting part changes the travel direction area and the width direction area on the basis of a slewing angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】作業効率の著しい低下を招くことなく旋回式作業機械の的確な安全制御を行うことが可能な安全装置を提供する。【解決手段】安全装置は、障害物検知器と、旋回角度検出器と、障害物の上部旋回体に対する位置を演算する障害物位置演算部と、作業機械の周囲に走行停止判定領域AT1を設定する走行判定領域設定部と、障害物位置が走行停止判定領域内の位置であるか否かを判定する走行動作制限判定部と、その判定結果に基づいて走行動作停止指令を出力する指令出力部と、を備える。走行停止判定領域AT1は、走行方向領域と幅方向領域と、を有し、幅方向領域の幅方向最小寸法LL1,LR1は走行方向領域の走行方向最小寸法LF1,LB1よりも小さい。走行判定領域設定部は、旋回角度に基づいて走行方向領域及び前記幅方向領域を変化させる。【選択図】図6
