To disperse a stress convergent on a boundary part between hollow holes when received a flexure load on the plate surface due to a structure of the hollow holes and therefore to improve a strength relative to the flexure load having both ends in a direction intersecting with the direction in which the hollow holes extend as a support point in a porcelain plate in a plate shape formed with the plurality of hollow holes side by side along a plate surface.SOLUTION: In a porcelain plate in a plate shape 10 formed with a plurality of hollow holes 23 side by side along a plate surface a groove (25) with a plurality of strips formed extending in a direction intersecting with an extending direction of the hollow hole 23 and a rib 26 formed by that an inner wall surface of each hollow hole 23 protrudes in the hollow hole 23 along the shape of each groove (25) are provided on the plane surface. The rib 26 is formed continuously over the inner wall surface of each hollow hole 23 and a protrusion amount of the inner wall surface of each hollow hole 23 by the rib 26 is restricted to a content to maintain an opening of each hollow hole 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】板面に沿って複数個の中空孔が並べて形成された板状の陶磁板において、板面に曲げ荷重を受けたとき中空孔同士の境界部に集中する応力を中空孔の構造により分散させることにある。それにより、中空孔が延びる方向と交差する方向の両端を支持点とする曲げ荷重に対する強度を高める。【解決手段】板面に沿って複数個の中空孔23が並べて形成された板状の陶磁板10であって、板面上で、中空孔23の延びる方向と交差する方向に延びて形成された複数条の溝(25)と、各溝(25)の形状に沿って各中空孔23の内壁面が中空孔23内に突出して形成されたリブ26とを備える。リブ26は、各中空孔23の内壁面に跨って連続して形成されており、リブ26による各中空孔23の内壁面の突出量は、各中空孔23の開口を維持する程度に留められている。【選択図】図9
