OPEN TYPE WATER BAG OF INUNDATION COUNTERMEASURE
To provide a water bag that can be manufactured inexpensively (two processes can be omitted because welding is performed only in one direction) and can instantly discharge water in the water bag because both sides of the bag are open (this took time conventionally), and for which drying maintenance is easy because of the air permeability resulted from its opened ends, in order to resolve the problem in which conventionally the water amount was secured by sealing a water bag and thus the vertical direction and both ends of a water bag are sealed using welding or the like (this caused an increase in the cost because difficult edging was required).SOLUTION: Both ends of a water bag are folded several times while the ends are open. The ends are covered with sleeves, and the water amount is secured by sealing the water bag using internal pressure and the tension of the sleeves. Therefore, only simple welding in one direction is required and the work difficulty, workloads, and work time are significantly reduced. This leads to a significant reduction in the production cost. Water can instantly be discharged because the ends are opened (or one side in a desired direction of discharging water is opened). After the use, permeability can be secured because the ends are open, and cleaning and drying can easily be performed before being used again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来は密閉して水量を確保、そのため縦方向と両端を溶着等で密閉していたため(難しいエッジの加工もありコスト高の要因となる)、低コストで製造を可能にし(溶着加工が一方向のみで2工程省略)、水嚢の水が両端開放で、瞬時に排水可能とし(従来は時間がかかる)、両端開放で通気性があるので、乾燥メンテナンスが簡単な水嚢を提供する。【解決手段】両端を開放した状態で両端を複数回以上折り畳み、スリーブで覆い内部の水圧とスリーブの張力で密閉、止水し、水量を維持。従って、単純な一方向の溶着だけで済み加工の難度、手間、時間が大幅に短縮、これにより生産コストが大幅ダウンとなり、排水時、両端がオープンなので一気に排水が可能となり(排水希望の方向に片側をオープンする)、使用後、両端がオープンなので通気性が確保でき、再使用に向け簡単に清掃・乾燥が可能とする。【選択図】図2
