To provide a quick-change coupler device which couples and decouples implement attachments to and from construction vehicles.SOLUTION: A quick-change coupler device includes: a support member 7; a first receiving member 8 arranged on one side of the support member 7 for receiving a first coupling member; a second receiving member 9 arranged on the other side of the support member 7 for receiving a second coupling member, and a mechanical signaling mechanism 16 for monitoring a locking status. The second receiving member has at least one locking member that is movable translationally between a release position where an implement attachment is coupled/decoupled and a coupling position where the implement attachment is retained on the device. The signaling mechanism 16 includes an assembly structure 17, 19, 22 and 23 for signaling that the second coupling member is not engaged with the second receiving member 9, and the structure includes a coupling gear assembly for moving the signaling member into a locking position when the locking member moves into the coupling position, and for returning the signaling member into an unlocking position when the locking member moves beyond the coupling position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
