FIRE PROTECTION METHOD AND FIRE PROTECTION STRUCTURE
To provide a fir protection technology which provides a function for preventing propagation of fire to an adjacent area to a resin pipeline without spending a lot of time and money.SOLUTION: In a fire protection structure 10, a local portion of a resin pipe exposed to a space V is cut and a reciprocal flame prevention member 22 is attached to one end of a steel pipe 21 which replaces the cut local portion. The other end of the steel pipe 21 to which the reciprocal flame prevention member 21 is attached is connected with a tip of a first remaining pipe 11, and a tip of the reciprocal flame prevention member 22 is connected with a tip of a second resin pipe 12. A support member 32 is installed on an inner surface of the space V and the steel pipe 21 is supported by the support member 32. A fire-resistant material 36 is attached to a periphery of the first remaining pipe 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
