PRECAST REFRACTORY BLOCK, PRECAST REFRACTORY BLOCK GROUP, AND FURNACE CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE USING THE PRECAST REFRACTORY BLOCK
To provide a precast refractory block (group) and a furnace construction structure free from problems caused by the provision of convex dowels at the upper and lower faces, in a precast refractory block for furnace construction.SOLUTION: Both a furnace construction upper face 2 and a furnace construction lower face 3 of a precast refractory block 1 are flat faces free from projections, and recessed long grooves (key grooves 4) are formed at both of them. Lower face key grooves 4L formed at the furnace construction lower face 3 of an upper layer arrangement block 1U and upper face key grooves 4U formed at the furnace construction upper face 2 of a lower layer arrangement block 1L are formed at the same positions so as to be confronted each other, and bar-shaped keys 6 are arranged at the inside of holes composed of the lower face key grooves 4L and the upper face key grooves 4U. Both the upper face and the lower face of the precast refractor block can be made into flat faces free from projections, and the dimensional precision and flatness on the upper face side can be retained at satisfactory precision levels without trouble in carriage of the blocks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】築炉用のプレキャスト耐火物ブロックにおいて、上下面に凸ダボを有することによる問題のない、プレキャスト耐火物ブロック（群）、築炉構造を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャスト耐火物ブロック１の築炉上面２及び築炉下面３はいずれも、突起を有しない平面であり、いずれも、凹状の長い溝（キー溝４）が形成されている。上層配置ブロック１Ｕの築炉下面３に形成された下面キー溝４Ｌと、下層配置ブロック１Ｌの築炉上面２に形成された上面キー溝４Ｕとが、相互に対向して同じ位置に形成されており、下面キー溝４Ｌと上面キー溝４Ｕとによって構成される孔内に棒状のキー６が配置されている。プレキャスト耐火物ブロックの上面と下面をいずれも突起を有しない平面とすることができ、ブロックの運搬に支障がなく、上面側の寸法精度、平坦度を良好な精度に保持することが可能となる。【選択図】図４
