To provide sand carrying-out equipment which is unlikely to cause problems.SOLUTION: Sand carrying-out equipment, which is provided in a sedimentation basin 2 in which sands contained in received water are sedimented, comprises: a sand pump 61 which sucks sedimented sands; a sand pipe 64 which is connected to the sand pump 61, and through which sands, which are sucked by the sand pump 61, pass upward; and a transport pipe 66 which extends in a direction crossing the sand pipe 64, and transports sands passed through the sand pipe 64. The sand pipe 64 is provided with a check valve 641 which prevents backflow from the transport pipe 66 to the sand pump 61, and has a portion, which is located above a pipe connection part 66b of the transport pipe 66 with the sand pipe 64, between the check valve 641 and the transport pipe 66.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】不具合が発生しにくい砂搬出設備を提供する。【解決手段】受け入れた水に含まれている砂が沈降する沈砂池２に設けられる砂搬出設備は、沈降した砂を吸込む揚砂ポンプ６１と、揚砂ポンプ６１に接続し、揚砂ポンプ６１によって吸い込まれた砂が上方側に向かって通過する揚砂管６４と、揚砂管６４と交わる方向に延在し、揚砂管６４を通過した砂を搬送する搬送管６６とを備え、揚砂管６４は、搬送管６６から揚砂ポンプ６１への逆流を防止する逆止弁６４１が設けられ、逆止弁６４１と搬送管６６との間に、搬送管６６における、揚砂管６４との管接続部分６６ｂよりも上方に配置された部分を有している。【選択図】図９
