To provide a blade mounting device capable of mounting a blade on a hub while keeping the stability of the blade.SOLUTION: A blade mounting device 1 is used in a blade mounting step of mounting a blade 6 on a hub 2 by using a crane 5 after a nacelle 3 rotatably supporting the hub 2 is mounted on the top of a tower 4. The blade mounting device includes a guide part 10 moving up/down along the tower 4 and a rope body 30 connecting a hanging tool 7 for hanging the blade 6 and the guide part 10. In the rope body 30, the maximum length between the hanging tool 7 and the guide part 10 is restricted and the length between the hanging tool 7 and the guide part 10 can be controlled to be the maximum length or shorter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
