To provide a block copolymer, particularly a block copolymer that is used as dispersant for an inorganic binder material composition.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a block copolymer, particularly a block copolymer used as a dispersant for an inorganic binder material composition, in which the block copolymer includes at least one kind of first blocks A and at least one kind of second blocks B, and the first blocks A comprise monomer units M1 and the second blocks B comprise monomer units M2. In order to accomplish the purpose of the present invention, the fraction of the monomer units M2 existing in the first blocks A in any case is less than 25 mol% and particularly less than or equal to 10 mol%, based on whole monomer units M1 in the first blocks A, and the fraction of the monomer units M1 existing in the second blocks B in any case is less than 25 mol% and particularly less than or equal to 10 mol%, based on whole monomer units M2 in the second blocks B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
