The first chamber 1 includes an air outlet that is disposed between a manhole and a chute for a silo, and is in a flat shape with a top plate 101. The second chamber 5 includes an air inlet, and is in a polyhedral shape with a roof plate 500 that slopes with respect to the top plate 101 of the first chamber 1.
