To provide a cement composition capable of enhancing pulling-out strength of a post-installed anchor.SOLUTION: A cement composition of this invention contains cement and a molybdenum disulfide. The molybdenum disulfide is preferably contained in an amount of 1 to 15 mass%, more preferably 2 to 11 mass%. A post-installed anchor construction method of this invention includes a step of mixing the cement composition and water to produce a cement slurry, a step of injecting the cement slurry into an anchor hole formed in the concrete skelton, and a step of inserting a post-installed anchor into the anchor hole.SELECTED DRAWING: None
