To provide a toughness-securing type earthquake-resistant wall utilizing the embedding performance of wood.SOLUTION: An earthquake resistant wall comprises: a rectangular woody wall panel 5 fitted into a frame comprising a steel-framed column, an upper beam, and a lower beam; and four load transmission parts 6 arranged at four corners of the woody wall panel and transmitting horizontal force acting on the frame to the woody wall panel.
