CEILING BOARD FOR SYSTEM CEILING AND T-BAR FOR SYSTEM CEILING
To provide a ceiling board and a T-bar for use in a system ceiling in which the degree of freedom in designing a ceiling surface of the system ceiling is greater than before without making a surface of a lower flange conspicuous, and provide a ceiling board and a T-bar that can be used for the ceiling, even when subject to "specific ceilings".SOLUTION: A ceiling board is used for a system ceiling in which a main T-bar and a cross T-bar each having an inverted T-shaped cross section are arranged in a lattice such that the lower surfaces thereof are at the same level to form a lattice space, and a ceiling board and equipment are arranged in the lattice space. The ceiling board is composed of a rectangular glass wool board and a strip-shaped reinforcing strip attached to four sides. An upper end edge of the reinforcing strip in the long side direction opposed to the main T-bar is bent in the glass wool board direction and then turned back to form the U-shaped fitting section. The ceiling board is suspended from the T-bar in the lattice space by the fitting portion being fitted to a lower flange of the main T-bar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】下フランジの表面が目立つことなく、システム天井の天井面のデザインの自由度が従来よりも大きくなるシステム天井に使用する天井板およびＴバーを提供し、「特定天井」の対象となる場合であっても、当該天井に使用可能な天井板およびＴバーを提供する。【解決手段】断面が逆Ｔの字状を呈するメインＴバーおよびクロスＴバーをその下面が同一レベルとなるように格子状に配置して格子空間を形成し、該格子空間内に天井板と設備機器を配するシステム天井に使用される天井板であって、前記天井板は矩形のグラスウール板と４つの側面に添着される帯板状の補強帯板で構成され、メインＴバーに対置する長辺方向の前記補強帯板の上端縁は前記グラスウール板方向に折り曲げられた後折り返されて断面がコの字状の嵌合部が形成され、前記嵌合部がメインＴバーの下フランジに嵌合することにより、前記天井板は前記格子空間内にＴバーから懸吊される、構成とした。【選択図】図２
