FIXING STRUCTURE OF EXPOSED COLUMN BASE AND WASHER USED FOR THE SAME
To provide a fixing structure of an exposed column base that can properly transmit the shearing force due to earthquake or wind acting on a base plate where an anchor bolt insertion hole is formed as an oversized hole to an anchor bolt, and is also improved in cost, and a washer used for the same.SOLUTION: In a fixing structure of an exposed column base in which a base plate 2 fixed to a lower end portion of a steel column is fixed by an anchor bolt 3 protruding from an upper surface of a foundation concrete 9, the anchor bolt 3 is inserted into an oversized hole 4 of the base plate 2, and is fastened by two nuts 8, 8 with a nested washer 5 composed of an upper washer and a lower washer and a flat washer 6 inserted. In this case, since an air vent groove portion 22 is formed on the upper surface of the upper washer 20 of the nested washer 5, a grout material G reaches a lower surface of a leg of the nested washer 5 while discharging the air staying in the oversized hole 4 of the base plate 2 from the groove portion 22, and a gap around the anchor bolt 3 is reliably filled with the grout material G.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】アンカーボルト挿通孔が過大孔として形成されているベースプレートに作用する地震や風などによるせん断力を適正にアンカーボルトに伝達することができ、コスト面でも改善された露出型柱脚の定着構造と、これに使用する座金を提供する。【解決手段】鉄骨柱の下端部に固着されたベースプレート２が、基礎コンクリート９の上面に突出するアンカーボルト３で固定された露出型柱脚の定着構造において、アンカーボルト３はベースプレート２の過大孔４に挿通され、上座金と下座金からなる入れ子座金５と平座金６を挿通した状態で２個のナット８，８で締結されている。この場合、入れ子座金５の上座金２０の上面に空気抜き用の溝部２２が形成されているため、グラウト材Ｇはベースプレート２の過大孔４内で滞留する空気を溝部２２から排出しながら入れ子座金５の脚部の下面にまで到達し、アンカーボルト３の周囲の隙間がグラウト材Ｇで確実に充填される。【選択図】図１２
