FIREPROOF STRUCTURE FOR GUIDE RAIL FOR SHUTTER
To provide a fireproof structure for a guide rail for a shutter, preventing a slat from slipping out in case of fire and improving a fireproof performance, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A fireproof structure for a guide rail for a shutter comprises a shutter curtain where retaining members are provided on both ends of a slat and a bottom slat is attached to an end in a moving direction, a steel storage box 19 which is attached to an upper part of an opening and on a bottom surface 37 of which a shutter curtain slot 39 is formed, a pair of aluminum guide rails 23 which are fixed on both sides of the opening and each have a slit 43 receiving a side part of the shutter curtain, a pair of steel reinforcement members 25 which are fitted into the slits 43 and each have a retaining piece 45 to receive the side part and each upper end of which is inserted into the slot 39, and a fastener which fastens the reinforcement member 25 to the guide rail 23 on their lower ends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】簡素な構成で、火炎時のスラットの抜け出しを抑制し、防火性能を向上させることができるシャッター用ガイドレールの防火構造を提供する。【解決手段】シャッター用ガイドレールの防火構造において、スラットの両端に抜け止め部材が設けられ、移動方向の先端に座板が取り付けられるシャッターカーテンと、開口部の上部に取り付けられシャッターカーテンの出入口３９が下面３７に形成されるスチール製の収納ボックス１９と、開口部の両側に固定されシャッターカーテンの側部を受け入れるスリット溝４３を有する一対のアルミ製のガイドレール２３と、スリット溝４３に嵌合され抜け止め片４５を有して側部を受け入れるとともに、それぞれの上端が出入口３９に挿入される一対のスチール製の補強部材２５と、ガイドレール２３と補強部材２５とを下端部同士のみで固定する固定部材と、を設けた。【選択図】 図４
