To provide a multilevel parking device capable of holding a level of a ramp in a predetermined position without compensating the level of the ramp by a level compensation mechanism even if an oil leak occurs in a simple hydraulic oil pressure lifting device.SOLUTION: A simple hydraulic oil pressure lifting device 16 comprises deposit devices 40-43 for depositing a ramp 25 to hold releasably on a floor 12 at a storage floor 3 situated upward, an upper end platform 37 capable of extending, shrinking and moving with the ramp 25 loaded and of descending for a predetermined distance in a storage direction downward in a state where the ramp 25 is deposited in the deposit devices 40-43 as well and a descent separation function for making the upper end platform 37 descend for a predetermined distance in a storage direction downward in a state where the ramp 25 is deposited by the deposit devices 40-43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】簡易油圧昇降装置における油漏れが生じたとしても昇降台のレベルをレベル補正機構によって補正させることなく所定位置に保持することができるようにした多階式駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】簡易油圧昇降装置１６に、上方に位置した格納階３における床１２へ昇降台２５を預けて釈放可能に保持させるための預け装置４０〜４３と、昇降台２５を搭載した状態で伸張収縮移動可能で、かつ、昇降台２５を預け装置４０〜４３に預けた状態で下方の収納方向に一定距離だけ下降可能な上端台３７と、預け装置４０〜４３によって昇降台２５を預けた状態で上端台３７を下方の収納方向に一定距離だけ下降させる下降分離機能を設けた。【選択図】図６
