To provide a driving device for a vehicle power slide door which is capable of reducing cost and concurrently attaining noise reduction.SOLUTION: A drive device 10 for vehicle power slide door, which includes a motor 12 and an output gear 16 connected to a gear 12d provided on an output shaft 12c of the motor 12 via an intermediate gear 14, is characterized in that the motor 12 is a DC motor with a brush, and a main body part 12a of the motor 12 is hermetically arranged in a motor case 20 and is attached to a base member 24 by which the motor 12 is attached to a vehicle via a vibration-proof rubber 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
