To provide a method for estimating the strength of the ground which can improve the accuracy of estimating the strength of the ground.SOLUTION: Using a needle penetration gradient Nwhich is a ratio of a needle penetration load to a needle penetration amount in performing a needle penetration test on the ground, an estimation formula for calculating the common logarithm of the estimated uniaxial compressive strength qof the ground with a linear function of the common logarithm of the needle penetration gradient N, or an estimation formula for calculating the estimated uniaxial compressive strength qof the ground with a linear function of the needle penetration gradient Nis corrected based on the variation of the needle penetration gradient Nobtained by a plurality of needle penetration tests to obtain a corrected estimation formula, and the ground strength is estimated by the corrected estimation formula.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】地盤強度の推定精度を高めることのできる地盤の強度推定方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤に針貫入試験を行った際の針貫入量に対する針貫入荷重の比率である針貫入勾配Npを用いて、地盤の推定一軸圧縮強さquの常用対数を該針貫入勾配Npの常用対数の一次関数で求める推定式、もしくは、地盤の推定一軸圧縮強さquを針貫入勾配Npの一次関数で求める推定式を、複数回の針貫入試験により得られる針貫入勾配Npのばらつきにより補正して補正推定式とし、補正推定式により地盤の強度を推定する。【選択図】図13
