To provide a siphon drainage system capable of suppressing residence of drainage at an upstream side of a horizontal pipe by reducing a time lag from a start of the drainage from a kitchen sink to generation of siphon power.SOLUTION: A siphon drainage system 10 comprises: a kitchen sink 16; a first drainage pipe 31 that is connected to the kitchen sink 16; a drainage trap 18 that is connected to a downstream side of the first drainage pipe 31; a second drainage pipe 32 that is connected to a downstream side of the drainage trap 18; a horizontal pipe 21 of a siphon drainage pipe 23 that is connected to a downstream side of the second drainage pipe 32; a vertical pipe 22 of the siphon drainage pipe 23 that is connected to a downstream side of the horizontal pipe 21 and allows the drainage to flow downward from the horizontal pipe 21; and a water supply part 40 that is connected to a boundary between the horizontal pipe 21 and the vertical pipe 22 or is connected to the vertical pipe 22 and can supply priming water to the vertical pipe 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
