MORTAR JOINT FORMATION METHOD
To provide a method of forming mortar joints when constructing a building by stacking large blocks 1, in which even if the number of bricklayers, such as furnace builders, is reduced, buildings with good installation accuracy can be constructed efficiently.SOLUTION: In a method of forming a mortar joint 4 when constructing a building by stacking the large blocks 1 of refractories of 300 kg or more per piece, a guide mechanism for adjusting the horizontal position of the large block to a predetermined position and a spacer 3 for adjusting the vertical position of the large block 1 to a predetermined position are arranged. The large block 1 is arranged at a predetermined position on the spacer 3 according to the guide mechanism. After the large block 1 is arranged at the predetermined position, the guide mechanism is removed. Thereafter, a mortar leakage prevention process is performed on the opening of the joint 4, and mortar is press-fitted from a predetermined pressure inlet 6 provided in the large block 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】大ブロック1を積み上げて建築物を建設する際のモルタル目地形成方法において、築炉工等の煉瓦職人の人数を減らしても、効率的に据付精度のよい建築物が建設できるモルタル目地形成方法を提供する。【解決手段】一つあたり300kg以上の耐火物の大ブロック1を積み上げて建築物を建設する際にモルタル目地4を形成する方法において、大ブロックの水平方向の位置を所定の位置に合わせるガイド機構と、大ブロック1の垂直方向の位置を所定の位置に合わせるスペーサ3を配置し、大ブロック1を、スペーサ3の上で、ガイド機構に従った所定の位置に配置し、大ブロック1を所定の位置に配置後、ガイド機構を取り除き、その後、目地4の開口部にモルタル漏れ防止処理を施し、大ブロック1に設けた所定の圧入口6よりモルタルを圧入する。【選択図】図4
