PARTIAL REPAIR METHOD OF EXISTING PIPE, AND PARTIAL REPAIR SYSTEM FOR EXECUTING PARTIAL REPAIR METHOD
To provide a partial repair method of an existing pipe capable of optimizing a curing operation process of a repair material according to the partial repair method of the existing pipe buried underground, and to provide a partial repair system for executing the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a partial repair method of an existing pipe for partially repairing an existing pipe 30 buried underground by a repair material 10 in which an impregnation substrate is impregnated with a mixture of a thermosetting resin and a reaction initiator, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a sample piece 20 made of the mixture, when impregnating a fiber substrate with the mixture; and setting the sample piece 20 in an area near an installation place of the repair material 10 to set a curing operation time of the repair material 10 on the basis of a curing state of the sample piece 20. The curing operation time of the repair material 10 is set from temperature change in a curing operation process of the sample piece 20 detected by a temperature sensor 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地中に埋設された既設管の部分補修作業において、補修材の硬化作業工程の最適化を図ることができる既設管の部分補修方法及び該方法を実行するための部分補修システムを提供すること。【解決手段】地中に埋設された既設管３０を含浸基材に熱硬化性樹脂及び反応開始剤の混合物を含浸させた補修材１０によって部分的に補修する既設管の部分補修方法であって、前記混合物を前記繊維基材に含浸させる際に、前記混合物からなるサンプル片２０を作成する工程と、補修材１０の設置箇所に近い領域にサンプル片２０を設置し、サンプル片２０の硬化状態に基づいて補修材１０の硬化作業時間を設定する工程とを含み、温度センサ２２が検出したサンプル片２０の硬化反応過程における温度の変化から補修材１０の硬化作業時間を設定する。【選択図】図１
