To provide an existing pile pulling out method which improves work efficiency by facilitating excavation of the ground when pulling out an existing pile, and which improves construction quality by making a difference small between the strength of the ground and the strength of the portion where a construction hole is refilled by a self-hardening stabilizing liquid as much as possible.SOLUTION: While a self-hardening stabilizing liquid 2 for filling a construction hole H after pulling out an existing pile S in a ground G is jetted from a tip vicinity of a cylindrical casing 1, digging is performed so as to surround the existing pile S with the casing 1, and when the tip of the casing 1 has reached at least a lower end of the existing pile S, the casing 1 and the existing pile S are pulled out respectively. In the construction hole H in which the jetted self-hardening stabilizing liquid 2 is stagnant, the new self-hardening stabilizing liquid 2 is injected again and the construction hole H is filled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既存杭の引き抜き時に地盤の掘削を助長して作業効率の向上を図ると共に、地盤の強度と自硬性安定液により施工穴を埋め戻した部分の強度との差異を極力小さくして、施工品質の向上を図る既存杭の引抜き方法を提供する。【解決手段】筒状のケーシング1の先端付近から地盤G内の既存杭Sを引き抜いた後の施工穴Hを埋める自硬性安定液2を噴射しながら、ケーシング1で既存杭Sを包囲するように掘り下げ、ケーシング1の先端が少なくとも既存杭Sの下端に達したら、ケーシング1と既存杭Sとをそれぞれ引き抜き、噴射した自硬性安定液2が滞留している施工穴Hに、さらに新たな自硬性安定液2を注入して施工穴Hを埋める。【選択図】図1
