To provide a cylindrical material inner surface cleaning device which can reliably clean in a short time the inner surface of a hollow cylindrical material installed in a vertical pit.SOLUTION: A cylindrical material inner surface cleaning device 1 is provided in a vertically moveable manner inside a hollow cylindrical material 5 installed in a vertical pit 3. The cylindrical material inner surface cleaning device 1 includes one or more nozzles 7 capable of spraying cleaning fluid toward the inner surface of the hollow cylindrical material 5, moving means 9 which moves in the nozzle radial direction for making the nozzles 7 in contact with or away from the inner surface of the hollow cylindrical material 5 and nozzle rotating means 11 for rotating the nozzles 7 with the axis line of the hollow cylindrical material 5 being the center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
