To provide a stairs finger pinch prevention structure by closing a gap formed at an intersecting part between a handrail which is a handrail fixed to the stairs and the protrusion protruding from a wall surface facing the handrail toward the handrail side, with excellent design and maintainability.SOLUTION: A stairs finger pinch prevention structure 1 is a structure which closes a gap formed at an intersecting part between a handrail 41 of a handrail 4 fixed to stairs 3 and a floor parting material F1 protruding from a wall surface W1 facing the handrail 4 to the handrail 4 side, with a wooden closing member 5. The closing member 5 has a countersunk groove 52 for fitting the handrail 41 from a side of the handrail 41 to a side face 51 on the side of the stairs 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 階段に固定される手摺りのハンドレールと、手摺りに面する壁面から手摺り側へ突出する突起物と、の交差部に形成される隙間を閉塞し、意匠性及びメンテナンス性に優れた階段の指詰め防止構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 階段の指詰め防止構造１は、階段３に固定される手摺り４のハンドレール４１と、手摺り４に面する壁面Ｗ１から手摺り４側へ突出する床見切り材Ｆ１と、の交差部に形成される隙間を木製の閉塞部材５で閉塞する構造であって、閉塞部材５は、階段３側の側面５１に、ハンドレール４１の側方からハンドレール４１を嵌め込むための座掘溝５２を有している。【選択図】図１
