ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE OF GUIDE RAIL FOR OPENING/CLOSING BODY AND ATTACHMENT METHOD
To provide an attachment structure of a guide rail frame for an opening/closing body and an attachment method allowing assembly work to be performed precisely and efficiently.SOLUTION: In an outer frame 28 of which an attachment base 281 as well as an inner piece 282 and an outer piece 283 fixed on an opening of a building skeleton 1 are formed in a generally deformed U-shape made of metal plate, the outer piece is formed in a slightly oblique to a plate face direction of the attachment base inwardly from a right angle, wherein an engaging claw 283a on an outer frame side protrudingly formed at an edge part of a tip of the outer piece and an engaging claw 302a on a guide rail frame side are engaged in a state a guide rail frame 30 is attached on the outer frame, an open end of the inner piece and an inner attachment piece 303 is fixed with a fixture B2 in an overlapping way to each other, a taper surface 303a is formed on a lower end of the inner attachment piece 302, an oblique surface 282a is formed on the inner piece 282, and the oblique surface 282a and the taper surface 303a are connectedly fixed on the inner piece, which are tightly/parallely adhered and flush with each other in a condition that the inner attachment piece is overlapped thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】精度良く且つ効率よく組立取付作業が行えるようにした開閉体用ガイドレール枠の取付構造及び取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】外枠２８は、建物駆体１の開口部に固定される取付ベース２８１並びに内側片２８２及び外側片２８３とが金属板により略変形コ状に形成され、外側片は取付ベースの板面方向に対し、直角よりやや内向き傾斜状に形成されており、外枠にガイドレール枠３０が取り付けられた状態において、外側片の先端縁部に突出形成された外枠側係合爪２８３ａとガイドレール枠側係合爪３０２ａとが、係止され、内側片の開放端と内側取付片３０３とは重合されて固定具Ｂ２によって固定され、内側取付片３０２下端にはテーパ面３０３ａが形成され、内側片２８２には傾斜面２８２ａが形成され、内側片には、内側取付片が重合された状態において、傾斜面２８２ａとテーパ面３０３ａとが密着し平行かつ面一となって接合固定される。【選択図】図６
