To provide a fireproof wooden structural material exhibiting first burning stop property, being excellent in fireproof property and being easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A fireproof wooden structural material 1 includes a load support portion 11, in which, on four side faces along an axial direction, burning margin layers 12 are formed. The fireproof wooden structural material 1 includes first lamina lamination portions 13 and 13 whose lamina lamination direction is a direction X perpendicular to one direction Y of a cross section of the fireproof wooden structural material 1 at both sides of the load support portion 11 in the one direction Y and second lamina lamination portions 14 and 14 whose lamina lamination direction is the perpendicular direction X at both sides of the load support portion 11 in the perpendicular direction X. In the first and second lamina lamination portions 13 and 14, a lamina 4 is a lamina 40 with a discontinuous annual ring not including an early wood portion 42 continuing across both ends of the lamina 4 in the perpendicular direction X in the cross section of the fireproof wooden structural material 1.
