To provide an automatic door maintenance support technology capable of diagnosing an abnormality in a component of an automatic door at an early stage.SOLUTION: An automatic door maintenance support system 1 comprises: an acquisition unit 36 for acquiring status information of a motor 24 which drives a door in at least one control state from among an acceleration control state in which a door 12 of an automatic door 100 is accelerated to a first speed, a high-speed control state in which the first speed is kept, a deceleration control state in which the speed is decelerated to a second speed that is slower than the first speed, and a low-speed control state in which the second speed is kept; and a specification unit 50 for specifying information related to maintenance of the automatic door 100 by comparing the acquired status information of the motor 24 with a predetermined reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
