To enhance resistance of a concrete block wall having reinforcing steel components against external force, without the need for a space outside the concrete blocks in which a reinforcement support and the like are to be installed, and without the need to prepare for multiple reinforcing steel components each differing in the thickness.SOLUTION: A reinforcement component (10, 30, 50) applied to reinforcing steel components (L, M, Y, H) arranged inside a concrete block wall comprises: multiple clamping parts (11, 31, 12, 51, 52) configured to respectively clamp multiple rod-like portions in a mutually nonparallel positional relation forming the reinforcing steel components; and connection parts (13, 53) arranged between the multiple clamping parts and configured to connect the multiple clamping parts integrally to keep the relative positional relation therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
