To provide a decorative cover capable of drying the surface thereof in a short time after rain compared to the conventional configuration.SOLUTION: A decorative cover 3 has: a box frame-shaped decorative metal cover 21 that includes a bottom plate part 22, in which a filled recess 30 is formed being opened by a side wall part 23 raising from the periphery of the bottom plate part 22; multiple pavement materials 7 filled in the filled-recess 30 of the decorative metal cover 21; and sand 9 filled around pavement material 7 in the filled recess 30. A drain hole 35 is formed through the bottom plate part 22 at the bottom of the filled recess 30 of the decorative metal cover 21, and a water-permeable sheet 8 through which sand 9 is difficult to permeate is laid in a portion where the water drain hole 35 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
