SASH ROLLER
To provide a sash roller having a four-wheel constitution for which a cost of manufacture can be reduced by eliminating a need to provide four roller bearings, while maintaining operability for smoothly opening and closing a fitting of a sliding door, a folding door or a movable partition, etc.SOLUTION: An outer ring 6A of a roller bearing 6 each disposed in a center in a longitudinal direction in a front and a rear of a runner body 2, so as to correspond to a roller shaft 5 in the front and the rear, is supported by the runner body 2. The roller shaft 5 operates as a rivet 7, and a cylindrical stepped part 13 coaxial with a rotation axis of a roller 4 is provided on a pair of left and right rollers 4. An inner face A1 in the longitudinal direction of the roller 4 to which the cylindrical stepped part 13 is connected is abutted to a lateral face of an inner ring 6B of the roller bearing 6, the rivet 7 is inserted or fitted in a through-hole 4a in a center part in a radial direction of the pair of left and right rollers 4, and a shaft end is crimped, while a cylindrical surface B1 of the cylindrical stepped part 13 is internally fitted to the inner ring 6B. 【課題】4輪構成の吊車において、4個の転がり軸受を備える必要をなくして製造コストを低減しながら、引戸、折戸又は可動間仕切等の建具を円滑に開閉できる操作性を維持する。【解決手段】前後のローラー軸5に対応させてランナー本体2の前後の左右方向中央に1個ずつ配置した転がり軸受6の外輪6Aをランナー本体2で支持する。ローラー軸5をリベット7とし、左右一対のローラー4に、ローラー4の回転軸と同軸の円筒状段部13を設ける。円筒状段部13が繋がるローラー4の左右方向内面A1を転がり軸受6の内輪6Bの側面に当接させるとともに、円筒状段部13の円筒面B1を内輪6Bに内嵌した状態で、リベット7を、左右一対のローラー4の径方向中央部の通し穴4aに挿通又は嵌入して軸端を加締める。それにより、左右一対のローラー4及び内輪6Bを固定する。【選択図】図2
