AUTOMATIC REFUELING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC SHUTTER DEVICE
To realize a system capable of appropriately refueling an electric shutter device while reducing the labor required for refueling the electric shutter device.SOLUTION: An automatic refueling system 10 includes: an oil extending part 40 attached to a shutter 12 of an electric shutter device 1 and facing inner surfaces of guide rails 30 and 31 on both right and left sides for being in contact therewith; a refueling device 50 for supplying oil to a contact part between the inner surface of the guide rail 30 and the oil extending part 40; and a control device 70. The control device 70 controls the refueling by the refueling device 50 in such a manner that when the number of measurement times of shutter elevation/descent reaches a predetermined number of times or when the measurement time from an initial time point reaches a predetermined time, whichever comes earlier, the refueling device 50 is caused to refuel, thereby causing the oil extending part 40, during operation of the shutter, to extend the oil in the vertical direction of the inner surface of the guide rail 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電動シャッター装置への給油に要する作業者の手間をなくしながら、電動シャッター装置に適切に給油できるシステムを実現することである。【解決手段】自動給油システム10は、電動シャッター装置1のシャッター12に取り付けられ、左右方向両側のガイドレール30,31の内側面に対向して接触する油伸ばし部40と、ガイドレール30の内側面と油伸ばし部40との接触部に給油する給油装置50と、制御装置70とを含む。制御装置70は、給油装置50による給油を制御し、シャッター昇降の計測回数が所定回数に達したとき、又は、初期時点からの計測時間が所定時間に達したときのいずれか早いときに、給油装置50による給油を行わせ、シャッターの動作時に油伸ばし部40により、ガイドレール30の内側面の上下方向に油を伸ばす。【選択図】図1
