To provide fences which can be installed on small lands.SOLUTION: A fence installation structure 11 includes a plurality of precast concrete panels 14 and 15. The first precast concrete panels 14 are each provided with: a first panel main body 140 in the form of a horizontally long rectangular flat plate; and a plurality of cylindrical first insertion portions 141 spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction, and projecting from a lower end of the first panel main body so as to penetrate the first panel main body vertically, through which a plurality of support rods 13 are inserted respectively and whose portions projecting from the lower end of the first panel main body are buried in a foundation 12 as well. The second precast concrete panels 15 are each provided with: a second panel main body 150 in the form of a horizontally long rectangular flat plate; and a plurality of cylindrical second insertion portions 151 spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction so as to penetrate the second panel main body vertically, through which the plurality of support rods are inserted respectively.
