OVERFLOW DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND VERANDA
To prevent contamination of an outer wall surface and impairing of appearance.SOLUTION: An overflow drainage system includes a down pipe which is provided on a groove part 8 of a floor surface 5 of a veranda 1 and discharges drainage on the floor surface 5, and a first overflow drainage member 10 which is provided at a position separated from the down pipe of the floor surface 5 and can discharge drainage at a higher water level than the down pipe. The first overflow drainage member 10 includes a drain body 16 which penetrates through the floor surface 5 and an eave soffit 12 and is provided with an inflow opening 25 at a position higher than an upper opening of the down pipe, and a cap 22 which is provided below the drain body 16 and controls a discharge direction of the drainage. The cap 22 has a central rotating cylinder, a first rotating cylinder and a second rotating cylinder arranged in a concentric circular manner, and discharges the drainage through each space in the concentric circular manner. The first overflow drainage member 10 is provided on the upstream side of a drainage slope in the groove part 8. A second overflow drainage member 11 is provided on the upstream side of the drainage slope in the vicinity of a sash of the floor surface 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】外壁面等が汚れたり外観の見栄えを損なったりすることがない。【解決手段】オーバーフロー排水システムは、ベランダ1の床面5の溝部8に設けられていて床面5上の排水を排出する竪樋と、床面5の竪樋から離間した位置に設けられ、竪樋より高い水位の排水を排出可能な第一のオーバーフロー排水部材10とを備えた。第一のオーバーフロー排水部材10は、床面5と軒天12を貫通すると共に竪樋の上部開口より高い位置に流入開口25を設けたドレン本体16と、ドレン本体16の下部に設けて排水の吐出方向を制御するキャップ22と、を設けた。キャップ22は中央旋回筒と第一旋回筒と第二旋回筒を同心円状に配設し、これらの間の各空間を通して同心円状に排水を排出する。第一のオーバーフロー排水部材10は溝部8内の排水勾配の上流側に設けた。第二のオーバーフロー排水部材11は床面5のサッシ近傍で排水勾配の上流側に設けた。【選択図】図3
