VIBRATION-PROOF AND SOUND-INSULATION FLOOR STRUCTURE
To provide a vibration-proof and sound-insulation floor structure capable of improving the performance of blocking heavy floor impact sounds and reducing transmission of floor impact sounds generated on upper floors to lower floors.SOLUTION: A heavy floor panel material 14 laid on a floor base material 12 is formed by laying a plurality of unit floor panel members 50 side by side and by connecting the four adjacent unit floor panel members 50 to each other via a vibration-proof rubber members 40 at a corner gathering portion 55 where corners 50a are gathered. The vibration-proof rubber member 40 is formed to include a substrate portion 41 and a cylindrical convex portion having a load supporting surface 42a that stands upright from four corners of the substrate portion 41. At the lower surface of the corner 50a of the unit floor panel member 50, a mounting concave portion 51 having a contact mounting surface 51a into which a cylindrical convex portion 42 of the vibration-proof rubber member 40 is inserted and mounted is formed. In a state where the unit floor panel members 50 are connected via the vibration-proof rubber members 40, the interval s is maintained between the substrate portion 41 of the vibration-proof rubber members 40 and the lower surface of the unit floor panel member 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】重量床衝撃音遮断性能を向上させて、上階で生じる床衝撃音が下階に伝達されるのを軽減できる防振遮音床構造を提供する。【解決手段】床下地材12の上に敷設された重量床パネル材14は、複数の単位床パネル部材50を縦横に並べて敷設すると共に、隣接する各4枚の単位床パネル部材50を、角部50aが集まる角部集合部55において、防振ゴム部材40を介して互いに連結することにより形成される。防振ゴム部材40は、基板部41と、基板部41の四隅から立設する荷重支持面42aを備える筒状凸部とを含んで形成される。単位床パネル部材50の角部50aの下面には、防振ゴム部材40の筒状凸部42が挿入装着される、当接載置面51aを有する装着凹部51が形成されている。単位床パネル部材50が防振ゴム部材40を介して連結された状態で、防振ゴム部材40の基板部41と単位床パネル部材50の下面との間に間隔sが保持される。【選択図】図3
