COLLECTIVE JOINT
To provide a collective joint which can combine prevention of squirt of drainage from a vertical pipe to a horizontal pipe due to a drift plate with prevention of the squirt of the drainage from the horizontal pipe to another horizontal pipe, and furthermore allows for reduction of overhang of the joint to a horizontal pipe direction thereby allowing for reduction of clogging of the horizontal pipe with the drainage.SOLUTION: The collective joint comprises: a swirling vanes 4 that extends along the inner circumferential surface 11a of an upper connection pipe 11 and is arranged in an inclined condition with respect to the pipe axis direction; and at least one vertical rib 2 which extends in the pipe axis direction, is disposed between the openings 14a of a horizontal pipe connection 14 around the pipe center O of the inner circumferential surface 11a of the upper connection pipe 11. The vertical rib 2 includes an inclined vertical rib 2A that is arranged between the opening 14a of the horizontal pipe connecting portion 14A positioned near the downstream end 4a of the swirling blade 4 and the swirling blade 4. The inclined vertical rib 2A gradually inclines toward the swirling blade 4 side from the base end portion 2a toward the protruding end 2b with respect to a straight line Q connecting the base end portion 2a of the inclined vertical rib 2A and the center O of the tube in plan view as viewed from the tube axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】偏流板による縦管からの排水の横管への飛び出し防止と、及び横管からの排水の他の横管への飛び出し防止とを両立でき、さらに横管方向への張り出し量を小さくして横管からの排水の詰まりを低減できる。【解決手段】上部接続管11の内周面11aに沿って延在して管軸方向に対して傾斜して配置された旋回羽根4と、上部接続管11の内周面11aのうち、管中心O回りに周回する周方向で横管接続部14の開口部14a同士の間に少なくとも1つ設けられ、管軸方向に延在する縦リブ2と、を備え、縦リブ2として、旋回羽根4の下流端部4a寄りに位置する横管接続部14Aの開口部14aと、旋回羽根4との間に配置された傾斜縦リブ2Aを備え、傾斜縦リブ2Aは、管軸方向から見た平面視で傾斜縦リブ2Aの基端部2aと管中心Oとを結ぶ直線Qに対して、基端部2aから突出端部2bに向かうに従い漸次、旋回羽根4側に向けて傾斜している構成とした。【選択図】図6
