To provide a piping structure and a piping system, which can suppress generation of drainage noise and can increase stability of a support state by a metal fitting.SOLUTION: The piping structure comprises: a collection joint 10 having a vertical pipe connection part 13 and a horizontal pipe connection part 14; and a sound insulation cover 20 having a sound absorbing sheet 21 covering the vertical pipe connection part 13 and a sound insulation sheet 22 covering the sound absorbing sheet 21. The collection joint 10 is supported in a state of being clamped from an outer peripheral side by a ring-shaped support fitting 5 for fixing to a floor slab 3 of the building structure, a protrusion part 130 is provided on at least a part of a region along a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral side surface 13a of the vertical pipe connection part 13, the sound absorbing sheet 21 is arranged so as not to overlap with the protrusion part 130, the sound insulation sheet 22 is arranged to cover the protrusion part 130, and the vertical pipe connection part 13 is held by the support fitting 5 through the sound insulation sheet 22 at a position of the protrusion part 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
