MULTIPLE-LAYER TYPE UNDERLAY TAPE
To provide a multiple-layer type underlay tape which is easy to make and has a beautiful wound shape, and further is excellent at cut-resistance.SOLUTION: Of a multiple-layer type underlay tape 1 whose structure is as such that a net-shaped member 4 is interposed between two sheets (an upper layer sheet 2 and a lower layer sheet 3), which are adhered together with the net-shaped member 4 only on the two end parts 1A, at least one of the two sheets is configured with an air permeable sheet, inside which air does not easily stay so that a substantial thickness during manufacturing is reduced. As air permeable sheet, it is preferable to specially use span bond nonwoven cloth and it is more preferable to use calendar processed span bond nonwoven cloth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】製造しやすく巻形状が綺麗で、更に、耐切創性に優れた下敷きテープの提供。【解決手段】2つのシート(上層シート2、下層シート3)の間にネット状部材4を挟み、2つのシート同士を両端部1Aのみにおいてネット状部材4とともに接着した構造の複層型下敷きテープ1において、2つのシートのうちの少なくとも一方を、通気性シートで構成することで、内部に空気がたまりにくくし、製造時の実質的な厚さを低減する。通気性シートとして、特にスパンボンド不織布を使用するのが好ましく、カレンダー加工を施したスパンボンド不織布だと更に好ましい。【選択図】図2
