To provide a waterway formation mechanism capable of being easily assembled.SOLUTION: The waterway formation mechanism has an operation unit 70 capable of operating a valve mechanism of a water supply line. The operation unit 70 includes: a cover member 76 that has an opening 76b penetrating in a first direction; a button member 80 having a portion that moves in the first direction in the opening 76b according to an operation; and a guide member 90 guiding the movement of the button member 80.
