DECOMPRESSION VALVE AND DECOMPRESSION VALVE UNIT
To provide a decompression valve which can reduce a burden imposed on piping at an upstream side at installation.SOLUTION: A decompression valve 2 has a flow-in pipe 11 and a flow-out pipe 12 which is coaxial with the flow-in pipe 11. The decompression valve 2 also has a housing 26 having an internal flow passage 25 for connecting the flow-in pipe 11 and the flow-out pipe 12. Furthermore, the decompression valve 2 has a fixed part 33 protruding to an orthogonal direction Y intersecting with a pipe axial direction X from the housing 26. The fixed part 33 comprises a leg portion 34 extending in the orthogonal direction Y, a first fixed plate portion 35 extending to an X1-direction from a tip portion of the leg portion 34, and a second fixed plate portion 36 extending to an X2-direction. The first fixed plate portion 35 comprises a bolt-fastening first notch 37, and the second fixed plate portion 36 comprises a bolt-fastening second notch 38. In a state that the decompression valve 2 is fixed to a wall face or the like of a building by using the fixed part 33, piping can be connected to the decompression valve 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】設置に際し、上流側の配管にかかる負荷を低減できる減圧弁を提供すること。【解決手段】減圧弁2は、流入管11および当該流入管11と同軸の流出管12を有する。また、減圧弁2は、流入管11と流出管12とを接続する内部流路25を備えるハウジング26を有する。さらに、減圧弁2は、ハウジング26から管軸方向Xと交差する直交方向Yに突出する固定部33を有する。固定部33は、直交方向Yに延びる脚部分34と、脚部分34の先端部分からX1方向に延びる第1固定板部分35と、X2方向に延びる第2固定板部分36を備える。第1固定板部分35はボルト締結用の第1切欠き部37を備え、第2固定板部分36はボルト締結用の第2切欠き部38を備える。固定部33を利用して建物の壁面等に減圧弁2を固定した状態で、減圧弁2に配管を接続できる。【選択図】図3
