UNDERGROUND WATER STORAGE TANK INSTALLED IN UNDERGROUND OF BUILDING OR THE LIKE
To provide an underground water storage tank for temporarily storing water overflowing from a side ditch.SOLUTION: An underground water storage tank 20 installed in the underground of a building or the like for storing water overflowing from a side ditch 40, comprises: first piping 21 leading water of the side ditch 40 to the underground water storage tank 20; an electrically-driven valve 24 opening/closing the first piping 21; a water level sensor 25 detecting the water level of water stored in the underground water storage tank 20; a submerged pump 26 discharging the stored water to the side ditch 40 via second piping 22 connected to a middle part of the first piping 21; and a control part 30 controlling the electrically-driven valve 24 and the submerged pump 26. The control by the control part 30 contains processing of closing the electrically-driven valve 24 when the water level of the stored water detected by the water level sensor 25 exceeds a threshold. Thus, flooding of roads and damage by water immersion into dwelling houses in case of a typhoon and heavy rain can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】側溝から溢れ出る水を一時的に貯水する地下貯水槽を提供する。【解決手段】建物等の地下に設置する、側溝から溢れ出る水を貯水するための地下貯水槽20であって、側溝40の水を地下貯水槽20に誘導する第1の配管21と、第1の配管21の開閉を行う電動バルブ24と、地下貯水槽20に貯まった水の水位を検出する水位センサ25と、第1の配管21の途中に連結する第2の配管22を介して貯水を側溝40に排出する水中ポンプ26と、電動バルブ24及び水中ポンプ26を制御する制御部30と、を備え、制御部30による制御の中に、水位センサ25により検出される貯水の水位が閾値を超えたときに電動バルブ24を閉じる処理が含まれる。台風や豪雨時の道路の冠水や住宅への浸水の被害を減らすことができる。【選択図】図1
