ROOF TOP METAL BRACKET
To make it possible to tightly fix with a low height and cope with variation in size of corner seam portions of a lower sheeted roof to be fixed.SOLUTION: A roof top metal bracket comprises a main metal bracket 31 with a length straddling a corner seam portion 23a, and a sub-metal bracket 51 covering a half of the main metal bracket 31. The main metal bracket 31 and the sub-metal bracket 51 include: crossing plates 32, 52 separately disposed in a longer direction of the corner seam portion 23a and crossing the corner seam portion 23a; and upper face plates 33, 53 connecting upper ends thereof with each other. In the crossing plate 32 of the main metal bracket 31, a surrounding cutout portion 34 absorbing variation in size of the corner seam portions 23a and a clamping portion 35 being in contact with one side face of the corner seam portion 23a at an edge of the surrounding cutout portion 34 are formed. In the crossing plate 52 of the sub-metal bracket 51, a holding portion 54 being in contact with the other side face of the corner seam portion 23a is formed. The main metal bracket 31 and the sub-metal bracket 51 are joined by a bolt 71, to fasten the corner seam portion 23a. At an end of the upper face plate 53 of the sub-metal bracket 51, a step forming piece 63 being in contact with the upper face plate 33 of the main metal bracket 31 from the above and transmitting load is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高さが低いながらも強固に固定できるうえに、固定対象である下葺屋根の角馳部の大きさのばらつきに対応できるようにする。【解決手段】角馳部23aを跨ぐ長さの主金具31と、主金具31の半分に被覆される従金具51を備える。主金具31と従金具51は、角馳部23aの長手方向に離間配置されて角馳部23aと交差する交差板32,52と、これらの上端同士を連結する上面板33,53を有する。主金具31の交差板32には、角馳部23aの大きさのばらつきを吸収する包囲切欠き部34と、包囲切欠き部34の縁で角馳部23aの側面に接する挟圧部35を形成する。従金具51の交差板52には、角馳部23aの他方の側面に接する挟持部54を形成する。主金具31と従金具51は、ボルト71で結合されて角馳部23aを締め付ける。従金具51の上面板53の端には、主金具31の上面板33に上から接し、荷重を伝達する段差形成片63を形成する。【選択図】図1
