ASBESTOS REMOVING DEVICE FOR EXTERIOR WALL COATING FILM, AND ATTACHMENT FOR GRINDER
To enable easy operation while enabling recovery without scattering dust of an exfoliated object by wetting the exfoliated object with water.SOLUTION: An asbestos removing device for an exterior wall coating film comprises: a grinder 11 for peeling an asbestos-containing coating film AL from a structure, a water injection pipe 12 for supplying water to suppress the scattering of dust of a peeled material SO; a drain pipe 13 which is guided to a pressure reducing device 4 and receives turbid water TW composed of the exfoliated material SO and the supplied water to a filtration device 3 by the negative pressure of the pressure reducing device 4; and a main body 113 of the grinder, the water injection pipe 12, and the drain pipe 13 are arranged so as to extend substantially parallel to the surface of a polishing member 111 in surface contact with the structure, and so as to form a substantially V shape in which the main body 113 of the grinder and the water injection pipe 12 extend in a direction away from the rotation center of the polishing member 111, and the asbestos removing device is gripped and used by the main body 113 of the grinder and the water injection pipe 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】剥離物を水によって湿潤させることで、剥離物の粉塵を飛散させることなく回収することを可能としつつ、容易に操作可能とする。【解決手段】石綿含有塗膜ＡＬを前記構造物から剥離するグラインダー１１と、前記剥離された剥離物ＳＯの粉塵の飛散を抑えるべく水を供給するための注水管１２と、減圧装置４に導かれ、減圧装置４による負圧によって、剥離物ＳＯと前記供給された水とからなる混濁水ＴＷを濾過装置３へ引き取るための排水管１３とを備え、グラインダーの本体１１３、注水管１２及び排水管１３は、構造物と面接触する研磨部材１１１の面と略平行に延伸するように、且つ、グラインダーの本体１１３と注水管１２とが研磨部材１１１の回転中心から遠ざかる向きに広がる略ハの字型を形成するように配され、グラインダーの本体１１３及び注水管１２を介して把持して使用される。【選択図】図１
