MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE AND FIRE EXTINGUISH METHOD THEREOF
To provide a mechanical parking device and a fire extinguish method thereof capable of preventing vehicle fire from spreading and remarkably reducing a required amount of fire-extinguish gas.SOLUTION: A mechanical parking device is provided with: a plurality of fire sensors 10; a partition door 12; fire-extinguish gas equipment 16; and an emergency operation control device 20. The plurality of fire sensors 10 arranged on storage shelves 4 respectively detect fire at storage shelves 4 correspondingly. The partition door 12 is arranged at a boundary between a parking access space 8 and a storage area 22 and is configured to allow complete close of a transporting opening of a transporting device 5 for a vehicle 1. The fire-extinguish gas equipment 16 discharges fire-extinguish gas inside the parking access space 8. The transporting device 5 is provided with an auxiliary fire-extinguish device 18 discharging the fire-extinguish gas. The emergency operation control device 20 transports a fire vehicle 1A to the parking access space 8 as discharging the fire-extinguish gas to the fire vehicle 1A of which fire is caused by the transporting device 5 upon fire, and entirely closes the partition door 12 and a parking access opening of the parking access space 8, and discharges the extinguish gas inside the parking access space 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】火災車両による延焼を防止することができ、かつ消火ガスの必要量を大幅に削減することができる機械式駐車装置とその消火方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数の火災感知器１０、仕切扉１２、消火ガス設備１６、及び非常運転制御装置２０を備える。複数の火災感知器１０は、格納棚４にそれぞれ設けられ格納棚４の火災を検知する。仕切扉１２が、入出庫室８と格納エリア２２との境界部に設けられ、搬送装置５による車両１の搬送口を全閉可能に構成されている。消火ガス設備１６は、入出庫室８の内部に消火ガスを放出する。搬送装置５は、消火ガスを放出する補助消火装置１８を備える。非常運転制御装置２０は、火災発生時に搬送装置５により火災を起こした火災車両１Ａに消火ガスを放出しながら火災車両１Ａを入出庫室８まで搬送し、仕切扉１２及び入出庫室８の入出庫口を全閉し、入出庫室８の内部に消火ガスを放出する。【選択図】図１
