STEEL SHEET PILE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF UNDERGROUND WALL
To provide a steel sheet pile and a construction method of an underground wall using a steel sheet pile capable of efficiently constructing an underground wall with a desired wall thickness with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A steel sheet pile 1 is gripped by a chuck mechanism in a state of penetrating a chuck opening of the chuck mechanism provided in a pile pressing-in device. An adjusting plate adjusting an apparent thickness viewed in an axial line direction is installed on a plate face in the vicinity of a tip portion of a sheet pile body 2. The adjusting plate comprises a back side adjusting plate 4 installed at a back side and a front side adjusting plate 5 installed at a front side. Disposition interval between the back side adjusting plate 4 and the front side adjusting plate 5 in a height direction is set ot be larger than a height of the chuck opening. Both of a total value of plate thicknesses of the back side adjusting plate 4 and the sheet pile body 2 and a total value of plate thicknesses of the front side adjusting plate 5 and the sheet pile body 2 are set to be smaller than an opening width of the chuck opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡略な構成でかつ作業効率よく所望の壁厚を有する地中壁を構築することの可能な鋼矢板、及び鋼矢板を用いた地中壁の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】杭圧入機に備えたチャック機構のチャック開口を貫通した状態で、チャック機構に把持される鋼矢板1であって、矢板本体2の先端部近傍における板面に、軸線方向からみた見掛け厚さを調整する調整板が設置され、調整板が、背側に設置される背側調整板4及び腹側に設置される腹側調整板5よりなり、背側調整板4と腹側調整板5の高さ方向の配置間隔が、チャック開口の高さより大きく設定され、背側調整板4と矢板本体2の板厚の合計値、および腹側調整板5と矢板本体2の板厚を合計値がともに、チャック開口の開口幅より小さく設定される。【選択図】図2
