To provide a tendon head securing structure that is superior in flexibility when used, and in which it is possible to perform proper positioning easily without damaging a load adjustment margin that is provided for the head of a tendon, and in which a sufficient load adjustment margin that is required when used can be provided.SOLUTION: The tendon head securing structure includes a pipe member 1 into which a tendon 2 is inserted. The tendon and the pipe member can move relatively, and a thread 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the pipe member. A head member that holds a part of the tendon contacts one end of the pipe member, or one end of the pipe member holds a part of the tendon. A nut member 3 that is fitted onto the outer periphery of the pipe member and screwed on the thread contacts a support pressure plate 6. The pipe member may penetrate the support pressure plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
